- December 1, 2021 – Accommodation reservations within NOMS room block open
- December 2, 2021 – NOMS 2022 applications officially opens
- April 15, 2022 (4PM) – Exhibitor application deadline for the 2022 Northern Ontario Mining Showcase at PDAC
- May 1, 2022 – Booking deadline for room block rates at NOMS accommodation partner
- June 12, 2022 – Exhibit set up
- June 13-15, 2022 – PDAC Convention and Northern Ontario Mining Showcase
