The Frequently Asked

When is the deadline to apply for the showcase?

Your application must be sent in no later than November 15, 2019 at 4PM.

Does my registration to the Northern Ontario Mining Showcase include badges that give me access to PDAC?

Yes. As an exhibitor, you will receive one (1) generic All Access PDAC Conference badge which provides access to PDAC conference presentations and seminars as well as the trade show floor in both the north and south halls as well as the investors exchange.  Note that the Generic badge does not have a name on it (individual or company) and can be shared.  You will also receive two (2) PDAC exhibitor badges which grant you access to the exhibit floor in both the South Hall and North Hall as well as the investors exchange.

I have received a registration notice from PDAC. Do I need to register separately if I’m exhibiting in the Northern Showcase?

No you do not need to register directly with PDAC. As an exhibitor in the Northern Ontario Mining Showcase you already have two exhibitor badges and an all-access conference badge. If you have more than three individuals attending the show, additional badges can be purchased.

What will our space consist of?

Each exhibitor in the showcase will be provided with a 6’.6” wide x 8’ high kiosk with a 39” wide x 18” deep shelf and storage. Company names will be included in the top curved area above the shelved section. The pavilion will be carpeted in its entirety.  One (1) electrical outlet is provided to each exhibitor (bring a power bar if you require additional outlets). WIFI is NOT included. One chair will be provided per booth.  Additional chairs and wifi can be purchase at the time of registration and payment.

We also produce posters for each new exhibitor (we will be re-using posters from previous years for companies that have participated in the showcase in the past, those who would like a new poster can request one at an additional charge at the time of registration and payment) which will go in the display area above the shelf in the graphic pictured here. Please forward a high resolution image of your choice (product, equipment, etc.) that you would like featured on your poster by the submission deadline.

What should I bring?

You are responsible for bringing your promotional material, including brochures, profile sheets, business cards, etc.

We also recommend that you bring a roll-up display. The measurements of the area of the kiosk which can accommodate a roll-up banner are as follows: 8’ High x 39” Wide.

You may also wish to bring a small flat screen or laptop to play videos or access graphics etc.  which can be placed on the shelf on your kiosk.  Note that wifi is not included however can be purchased at an additional charge at the time of registration and payment.
